The Bill (Reg. No.5277) excludes the norm, pursuant to which, the order of the calculation of weight average cost method for the scope of the actually allocated and prolonged credits for enterprises of the agricultural complex of the state are defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Moreover, according to the Committee members, the Resolution of the National Bank Administration of 19.03.2003 No.124 "On Approval of the Statistic Reporting Organization Rules, directed to the National bank of Ukraine", the order weight average cost method for the scope of the actually allocated and prolonged credits for enterprises during the accounting period in annual percentage rate. Hence, the Committee members deem the adoption of the bill facilitate the ambiguities avoiding in the course of the credit subsidy allotment for the agricultural complex enterprises.
In the course of the Bill elaboration for the second reading the Committee received propositions of the People´s Deputies the majority of which were taken into the consideration.
Furthermore, the Bill suggests addition to the relevant conclusion allotment rejection grounds for the commodity market "lack of the owned assets at the rate defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine."
